Beading and Sewing

Sew and bead in this crafty camp. Discover how easy and rewarding it is to create necklaces, bracelets, backpack dangles, zipper pulls, and more. Design original pieces of wearable art using a variety of wires and other stringing materials and quality beads made of glass, clay, ceramic, and wood. Then, needle your way into hand sewing, cross stitching, embroidering, knitting, and making embellishments. Create a simple stuffed animal, a dish cloth, a square pillow, and much more to go with your new beaded wear! Bring $8/day as materials fee, payable to the instructor. For 7- to 10-year-olds.
