Learn how to make nutritious snacks and delicious meals. Compile your own cookbook so you can enjoy the recipes at home. Be prepared to share your food preferences with the instructors. Bring an empty plastic peanut butter jar and water bottle to the first day of camp. Take a trip to Whole Foods Market for tasty, healthy foods to cook. For 7- to 10-year-olds.
